Acodei Refund Policy
Acodei is a business-to-business (B2B) software service. Every new account includes a 14-day free trial so you can fully test the platform before any payment is collected.
Once a paid subscription begins, refunds are only available in very limited circumstances.
1. Free Trial Period
All new subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial.
During the trial, you may cancel at any time and you will not be charged.
We also send a reminder email before the trial ends. If the subscription is not canceled before the trial expires, it will automatically renew and the payment method on file will be charged.
2. When Refunds Are Available
Refunds are issued only for billing-related errors, such as:

Duplicate charges

Incorrect charge amount

Charges processed after a confirmed cancellation or disconnection
To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of the charge.
If approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
We maintain billing and account records to verify subscription activity and renewal authorization.
3. When Refunds Are Not Available
We do not offer refunds for:

Subscription renewals after the free trial ends

Accounts that were not canceled before renewal

Dissatisfaction with product fit after purchase

Lack of use after renewal

Annual plans once the trial period has completed

Historical data syncs or credits that have already been delivered
All subscriptions are the customer’s responsibility to cancel prior to renewal.
4. Mid-Cycle Cancellations
If you cancel your subscription during an active billing period, your access will continue through the end of that billing period.
We do not provide partial refunds or prorated credits for unused time.
